Let’s Build Our Nation

Build the Nation was founded in Northland by Kerikeri business owner, conservation worker & club rugby league supporter Richard McIntosh. We are about as far away from Wellington as you can get, in more ways than one.

We are running a campaign in the Northland seat in this year’s general election. We say no part of this nation is more important than any other, that the time to rebuild it has arrived, and that the benefits of doing so will flow to citizens in rural and urban areas alike.

To begin rebuilding we have to first put the era of privatisation, contracting out & selling off firmly behind us. Then we can talk about building our nation.
